Rotary Global Scholar Olivia Hernandez, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Humble with a $30,000 Rotary scholarship, has returned from the University of Edinburgh where she earned a MSc in International Development.
Olivia will begin classes at University of Houston Law Center on Monday where she has been awarded a three year Dean's Scholarship.
