Mike Carr The Man

Mike Carr closes another raffle ticket sale as he shares the Rotary story. Rumor has it that he has sold more than 185 tickets. He has paid for half of the $35,000 vehicle that will be awarded at the Crawfish ,Cars & Community Festival hosted by Humble Rotary. April 29th 10-6 @ Humble Civic Center Arena.
